What Causes Pulsating Sensation In Head Upon Standing Or Walking?

When I stand up after sitting down for a while the top of my head pulses,then when I start walking my head pulses a little heavier. When I bend over to pick up something on the floor the top of my head pulses more painfully. This could be orthostatic hypotension. Could this be a diabetes symptom? Thank you. pulsations felt while walking and changing the posture, need to check the blood pressure, of course. cause for pulsatile headache should be sought for. if required and symtoms persist should go for carotid arterial doppler too. with pulsatile headache if there is palpitation, 2decho of heart should be done to rule out valvular heart disease too.
