What Causes Pulsating Sensation In The Foot?

If I feel a fast pulse in my foot when I wake up at night, and it goes away when I breath deeply, what can it be? I also feel the same fast pulse in my chest with no pain. My heart has been thoroughly checked with treadmill, ultrasound, and 24 hour monitor and it is fine.

Fast pulse in the foot or any artery shows your heart is beating fast. The cause could be various. Since your Cardiac functions have been checked and found normal, possible an anxiety, expectation for the day, some such thought, which you can sit quietly and analyse what it is could cause the fast heart beats. You could then take corrective measures to solve the issue and prevent these cardiac episodes.
