What Causes Pulsating Sensation In The Head?
my head fills like I have a cold..hard to explain....inside in feels tight...and like it is pulsing.... about 10years ago, I fell on a cement floor, very hard , slammed into the floor, had caught my heel on a plastic ridge on the floor... did not catch myself or brace the fall, I hit the floor very hard.....have not been to a doctor...

Hi,
The symptoms see to be related to a tension headache.
It can occur because of stress or anxiety.
I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen in this case to relieve the pain.
If the symptoms continue you should see a neurologist for further evaluation and treatment.
