What Causes Pulsating Sensation In The Upper Abdominal Area?

I am 19 years old and where my gallbladder is there is a pulsating sensation. Yesterday I did workout and I did abs so I’m not sure if that has something to do with it or not. I have been reading online and my shoulders and shoulders blades are not sore at all. So if you could help me as best you can. Thank you.
