Hi thanks for contacting health care magic. First rule out hypertension by measuring blood pressure... If high low salt diet taken.... If needed anti hypertension drug can be given. Second excess stress can lead headache . Excess working on computer at office can lead headache by muscle spasm ... If you have flashes to bright light and aggravated by stress and smoking then migraine can be there in which throbbing pain can occur periodically at one side. Avoid stress, lack of sleep , skipped meal , loud noise like precipitating factor. Topical lavender oil application can be useful. Yoga , muscle relaxation exercise helpful. Take enough sleep and if working on computer take enough rest of at least 5 to 10 minute at every one hour work on computer. If still cause not clear detail history taken and if needed CT scan can be done for rule out organic cause. Take care.
