What Causes Pulsating Sensations Below Left Rib Area?

I am experiencing strange pulsating (twitching) sensations just below the left rib gage. I am 60 years old and in excellent shape. I work out three times per week and take no medications. I get regular physical exams - is this anything to be concerned about?

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with pulsation below the left rib I am suggesting that you are gradually developing a hypertensive disease

In view of this please check your blood pressure do the following test
Chest x-ray
ECG
EKG

Meanwhile please see a cardiologist specialist with the results and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
