What Causes Pulsating Sound In The Ear?

Hi. I am 58 years of age, female, take blood pressure med, need to lose about 30 lbs. In my right ear I can feel and hear a pulsating sound, similar to the pulse beating sensation when I have my blood pressure checked. It comes and goes and bothers me. It has been doing this for 3 days.

HI
Well come to HCM
What the pulsation like feeling you are having this is not due to the hypertension or medicine taken for this, but this could be nonspecific and no need to worry about this, because this is not the sign of any disease, some time particular posture may be responsible for this once you change this pulsation would go away, hope this information would go away, take care and have a nice day.
