What Causes Pulsating Sounds In Both Ears Despite Having Hearing Aids?

I have a hearing problem in both ears. I need two hearing aids to hear well. In the last few days I began to develop a sort of a pulsating kind of thing. It starts a little fast, then slowly stops. this happens about a dozen times a day. Hard to describe. It s like it s beating away at my inner air.
