What Causes Pulsating Throbbing Sound In Ear After Sneezing?

i have a volcanic pulsating throbbing sound in my ear after sneezing really hard for three days.the doctor gave me a brain scan and a sinus cat scan.he said i have an obstruction in my sinus,and he didnt know what was going on with my ear.can you help?

Hello. You probably have what's called Eustachian tube dysfunction--the tube from your middle eat to your nasopharynx is blocked and causing this problem. As your doctor for a course of oral prednisone and that should clear up the problem
