What Causes Pulse-like Sensation In Upper Cheek Under The Eye?

I have a strange pulse-like sensation in my upper right cheek...right under the eye. I checked it out in the mirror and i can actually see my cheek vibrating... also, i woke up today morning with a wax-like taste in my mouth..down my mouth as if i ate wax and it wouldnt go away for 2-3 hours. Bear in mind i am taking amytriptalin 25mgs per night to treat for stress-headache + migraine... Shud i be worried?
