What Causes Pulsing In The Ears?

I have a whooshing pulse sound in both ears, primarily the left. It corresponds to my heart beat and is extremely annoying, especially at night even though I have a sound generator near my head.Is there something I can do to alleviate this problem?

Your Otoscopy ear examination needed for that....

Sometime glomus tumour like condition can lead pulsating ear feeling...

So consult otorhinolaryngologist for ear examination by Otoscopy
