What Causes Pumping Sensation On The Upper Left Corner Of Forehead?

I feel a strange pumping on the upper left corner of my forehead. The pumping is so intense that when I stand in front of a mirror, I can see it happening. This has been going on for a long time but was never so regular since the last two weeks. Please help!
