What Causes Pupil To Move To Top Section Of Eye?

my husband has noticed his pupil has moved to the top section of the coloured part of his eye.what does this mean. he has had a intraoccular implant several years ago in the same eye. he also has watering eye and eye is painful. should he go to the hospital?

Yes you have to consult ophthalmologist. It suggests implant has moved from its position and probably initiated inflammation in eye causes watering and pain.
