My pupils dilate every day towards late afternoon and stay that way until I go to sleep at night. I have been diagnosed with a Vit. D deficiency, but no doctor is able to tell my why my pupils remain dilated. I also have a very small growth in the muscle in the back of my neck and a lump in the front of my neck which an ENT doctor told me was a swollen lymph node. Right now my main concern is my pupils. Can you provide any insight as to what could be causing this to happen?
