What Causes Purple And Red Colored Bruises On Lower Arm?

My son has 2 unexplained bruises...1 appeared yesterday and I bathed him tonight and there were no more however I checked him in bed here and another has appeared on his lower arm. Could this be something serious. They are purpley/red in colour and look a little like a lovebird

I really appreciate your concern, you need to wait for some time because this could be alright on its own right now this could be nonspecific and may not be due to any disease and if this goes on happening again then it need to be investigated for blood disorders, (Purpura ) but most of the time it would be fine soon, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
