What Causes Purple Discoloration On The Testicle After Inguinal Hernia Surgery?

Hello! 6 months ago I had an Inguinal Hernia Surgery. Today I observed that I have a purple testicle, the one exactly on the side of the surgery. I also had a purple testicle immediately after the surgery, however it went away. Now it seems to have come back.

Hello,

The purple testicle is indicating possible problems with blood circulation. As it's recently set should consult immediately! with a urologist to run a few diagnostic tests, and start appropriate treatment.
