What Causes Purple Reddish Blotches On The Top Of My Forearms?
I am a healthy 65 yr old female. Last night and again this afternoon, purple reddish blotches appeared on the top of my forearms. One last night and two today on the other arm. Each time it happened suddenly and I noticed a sting or twinge which I still feel a bit. One even bulged a little as if it was going to drip blood but did not actually drip blood. Very strange.

It may be urticaria. take tayblet levocetrizine 5mg once daily for 20 days.see if symptoms improve otherwise consult with the physician.
