As this case history deals with buttock augmentation [butt implant] thus it will be wise to see your cosmetic surgeon [he may consider removal of implant] since purple spots could be bruising under the buttock skin [other possibilities could be chronic seroma, old hematoma,capsular contracture] 2. check with an ultrasound or CT/MRI for any abnormal fluid collection 3. these marks could not be medically dangerous if proved], but more important from cosmetic point of view [causing emotional/ psychological distress] and since you have tried and tested various cream combination it is good to check with your doctor to know about best management.
