What Causes Purplish Color Of Clitoris Post Injury?

At work last night I was messing around and jumped up on a railing and went to jump down and fell on the railing inbetween my legs, hitting my clit/hood, I woke up today and it s completely dark purple! It s not completely numb, but a little. Is this really bad? Will the purple go away in a week?
