What Causes Purplish Spot Outside The Anal Hole?

Hi I have notice a small pea size purplish spot just outside my anal hole. Did not notice it until today when I was very badly constipated, feel the pressure and when I pressed down it feels like slightly painfully. Was wondering what it is and will it go away without doctor visit

Hello sir/madam, thank you for sharing your doubts with us. Iit is the initial stage of piles. Don’t strain. Take warm water sit bath.Take lots of greeny vegetables. Avoid meat or fish . Apply lignocaine jelly which is available in shops.This relieves pain. Any further doubts kindly write to us.
