What Causes Pus Discharge After Gauging My Ears?

I started gauging my ears a while ago, I move pretty quickly as far as sizes go, but I don t think thats a problem. I don t think I have any infection, but each time I move up, pus oozes from both: more one than the other. After a while it stops and when it does I move up again. Should I be worried about the pus? Is that normal? Am I doing something wrong?
