What Causes Pus Discharge And Bleeding From My Vagina?

Last week I was having puss like discharge from my vaginal area. I figured it was a yeast infection even though there was no itching, odor, or pain. I began to treat it as if it was a yeast infection. Yesterday I had sex and every since then I have been bleeding, but the blood doesn't come out on my underwear or when i urinate. I only know I am bleeding because I keep checking to see if the bleeding has stopped. What could be wrong?
