General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history and understood your concerns. Since circumcision is a surgical procedure the wound is stitched with few stitches that are usually dissolvable within a week or so. So it is absolutely normal to have stitches in place.

The yellow fluid that is oozing Is normal so no worry. If it turns to be like pus a simple prescription based antibiotic will help.

Wound near the opening of the penis is due to the fact that the frenulum is in this placed hence the position of the wound. So do not sorry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
