What Causes Pus Filled Boils On The Inner Thighs?

Hi there, a growth appeared all of a sudden on my inner thigh last night, must have been with 5 hours. I think it is a boil but it didnt have puss, the blood might have had some in it, it was hard to check. It might be related to my weight loss as its pretty drastic, about 28 pounds in 2 months.

hard swelling just like a boil with no pain or pus in it alongwith the history of weight loss of 28 pounds in 2 months is matter of concern especially if the weight is unintentional. this may be a enlarged lymph node in the thigh .There may be more lymph nodes in other parts . better get checked with your GP
