What Causes Pus Filled Bump On The Hood Of The Vagina?

i have a large hard bump on the hood of my vagina about the size of an m&m and i thought it was a pimple so i squeexed it and it is quite tender finally it popped and there was just pussy blood that came out it is smaller now but pretty large what is it?
