What Causes Pus Filled Bumps On The Waist?

Height:5.9

Weight: 54 kgs

I am suffering from severe pus formatted skin bubble on my waist & itching in leg joints ...i have consulted doctor & they have prescribed flexon, IBUPROFEN AND PARACETAMOL tablets. However i am not finding any changes in swollen bubbles, Please assist me.
