What Causes Pus Filled Cyst Below Waistline In The Pubic Area?

Recently, I noticed that there's this boil like cyst thing that's in my pubic hairs, just below m waistline.It seemed to be filled with pus. I've drained some out of it twice. The last being today after I got out the shower. However there is always some left I presume to be blood. At this point I've taken as much pain as possible.(draining it does hurt) it's moderately sensitive to pressure. Could it be a blister from a low belt rubbing it? Or some thing else. I recognize this as it's happened before maybe 6 or 8 months ago? What should I do

probably is a folliculitis caused by staphylococcal inf,,,often it will recurr,,,
hairy areas it is seen,,,

poor hygiene, sweating,shaving predisposes,,,

apply topical Mupirocin oint/ bacitracin oint,,,after bath,,,
maintain hygiene..
