What Causes Pus Filled Lump On Left Inner Thigh Close To Scrotum?

I noticed on the first of December a lump on the inner left thigh close to scrotum, looked ready to pop, duly popped ejecting at pressure white liquid substance as in large pluke followed by discoulered blood then normal red blood, monitored for a couple of days trying to squeeze more out however ended up with mild bruising at same area, tried the same yesterday more solid white in no amount this was after applying a poultise however the lump remains, I have in the past had an ingrown hair however this was on the spine and had to be operated on. I do also alarmingly have a sister and brother who both had lymph node cancer and were operated on around the throat kneck

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pus filled lump on left inner thigh close to scrotum. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction, improper hygiene, rosacea , side effect of certain medicine , impetigo and hormonal changes. It could be due to frictional heat produced in body. Need not to worry much. Apply cold compresses to reduce redness and itchiness .
I would suggest you to avoid any kind of cosmetic product , apply only petroleum jelly and take benadryl twice a day . You should consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order allergy test, skin patch test and blood test to confirm the diagnosis. Doctor may order antibacterial , corticosteroid ointment and anti fungal.
