What Causes Pus Filled Lump On My Inner Thigh?

Months ago I felt a lump on my inner thigh. I thought I may be a spot from a shaving rash, but as time went on it got bigger. I kept squeezing it so I could get out the fluid and (sometimes) puss, and to make sure it was kept clean. Now I have just noticed there s a hole there!

It might be a hair infection.....if pain is there do consult with ur dermatologist...
Avoid shaving ..wear looose cotton clothsu
