What Causes Pus Filled Lumps On Hand?

I have red bumps almost like insect bites on my arm. They are pus filled and have a red circle around them. They are very painful. Everytime one goes away another comes in its place. This has been going on for a few weeks at least. Can you tell me what this is?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Painful, pus filled bumps surrounded by red rim are suggestive of some infectious process.
These lesions could be due to boils, furunculosis or folliculitis.
A course of antibiotic is required to clear the infection.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of antibiotic to control the infection.
