What Causes Pus Filled Lumps On The Buttocks?

I have a large marble sized lump on my buttox that is draining pus and other fluids when squeezed. also there is a site behind my ear and above my earlobe. all sites are extremely painful to touch. I ve been trying to be ultra sterile in draining then with alcohol and h2o2 cleaning the wounds (abscesses? ) I ve also been taking vitamin C. No fever but fatigued feeling. I had a bout of MRSA three months ago on my leg where I needed to go to the hospital for IV antibiotics because it was not tended sooner due to thinking it was an allergic reaction or spider bite. Is this a case of just managing infection or do I need other interventions.
