General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms suggest folliculitis or vaginal infections. Folliculitis refers to the infection of hair follicles.Bumps are likely to arise around the follicles.

A 5 day antibiotic course may be required to reduce the infections. Antibiotic cream should also be applied over the lesions after cleaning the area.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
