What Causes Pus Filled Open Sores In My Arm Pits?

I have a question about a problem I m having. On my armpits I have these sores that start out red then in about a day or two they turn into raw open sores. They ooze out a white yellowish pus I have tried everything. Healing soap bars. anti-biotic hand wash. What can I do. I shower twice a day. What is wrong? The anti-biotic wash worked the best but it keeps coming back.
