What Causes Pus Filled Pimples Like Sores On Leg?

My husband and I went on a cruise to the carribean in the beginning of this month. While we were there my husband had what seemed to be a pimple show up on his leg. He popped it and it turned into a sore that looked like it had puss inside. He then popped that the next day but nothing came out. Now that we are home he has about 6 of the exact same things show up on his legs and about 2 that look like they will be the same thing. He is 25 and healthy. He said they hurt but they are not accompanied with fever or cold like symptoms.

If could be due to the local infection due to insect bite or weather changes. Avoid popping the bless. Get them shown to a Dermatologist. Apply hot packs till then.
