What Causes Pus Filled Pimples On Back Area?
i am getting red pimples on my back below neck part, in earlier they are red in pimples and after that it will get puss in that and burst. what is reason of this , -- going to gym - makes them more , is it infection or what -- is it defficiency of B vitamin.

It maybe due to sweating. Maintain proper hygiene. Avoid sweating and exertion. Use loose cotton clothes.
