What Causes Pus Filled Pimples On Back?
hi, i just took a look on the mole i have on my back, its aabout the size of a big pimple, its been there ally life, and for a few maybe more months, its had this pus like liguid in the centre, should i be concerned? what should i do about it? i am really worried.

Seems to be infection of the hair follicle. Hairy melanocytic nevi can be come infected specially if they are prone to friction or rubbing.
If I was your treating doctor I would have prescribed an oral antibiotic (penicillin group) for a week along with a topical antibacterial ointment twice daily e.g OTC 2% mupirocin.
