What Causes Pus Filled Pimples On Inner Thigh?

I have what seems like a pimple under my skin on my inner thighs, and I sometimes get them on my arm pits, but when I pop it the puss is yellow sometimes with or without blood and sometimes either clear or white with blood and sometimes without blood.

Hi.
As per your case history you are suffering from recurrent folliculitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
