What Causes Pus Filled Sore On Knee Which Leads To Dark Red Spot?

I have a dark red circle on my face back and knee from over a year ago. The sore on my knee is about a the size of a quarter and it had puss in it. It keeps getting inflamed and red around it will end up in a sore on my face. Next, the sore will go away and it will be dark red again. Then it will repeat again.

Hi,

It may be infection of skin called impetigo. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. You may take a course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs for few days to weeks. Apply antibiotic cream.
