What Causes Pus Filled Wounds On Eyelids During Periods?

Doctorji, I am 50, female. Flows during menses have been decreasing for 2 yrs. But for the last 5 months, small pus wounds are temporarily formed on my eyelids during menses. They are vanished once the flow stops. Water is filled in the feet. Kindly advise something.
