I have been experiencing a sort of quivering in my upper chest area--up just below my throat. I have had no chest pain or shortness of breath, just the quivering. I have been under a great deal of stress lately.
In my opinion you are having stress induced gastritis. So with acid reflux you are having this sensation. Avoid stress, take antacids , avoid spicy and oily food, avoid heavy meals. Take good walk after finishing your meals. And do not lie flat on the bed, rather put two pillows under your head to avoid reflux.
