What Causes "throwing" Of Legs?

from last six months in night when I am in asleep I automatically throws my legs , my father was also having same problem , brothers and sister are also same problem, when I contacted to orthopedic doctor he told me I dont have any medicine for this , some doctros referred calcium tablet but the problem is same
