What Causes Radiating Chest Pain?

I am a 34 year old male a little overweight been to the er multiple times. the chest pain has is constant. They ended up doing ekgs, stress test, and angio gram said its not my heart. the pain radiates to my jaw and left arm. cardioligists says my hearts fine. what could it be cant afford to keep paying doctors with no insurance

Hello,

Do you have any other problem like neck pain or associated tingling or numbness in the neck or arm. Also do you have any history of trauma to neck in the past. Anything which increases your pain or relieves it. Any increase in pain on applying pressure.It could be cervical pain. One neck x ray ap/ lat view is needed. Also neck exercises will be useful but after confirming the diagnosis. Please get back with answers of above questions.
