General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi krishna,
What's your age?
Pain in the testis which refers to the abdomen can be due to causes like

Injury to the testis,
Inflammation(orchitis),
Inguinal hernia,
Seminoma or teratoma (cancerous growth in the testis associated with pain and swelling).

I suggest you to take an anti-biotic like cefixime ,
analgesic and anti-inflammatory like aceclofenac and paracetamol,
and observe the condition for a few days.

If it still persists, get an ultrasonography of the scrotum done and review with a surgeon.
Take care
