What Causes Radiating Pain From Below The Breast To The Back?

I am a 66 year old female and I have been experiencing pain just under my breast that radiates to my back just under the shoulder blade, a heavy feeling on my chest and Saturday night was the worst along with a very severe case of indigestion. I take Dexilant for acid reflux and it usually works just fine, but Saturday night was awful and took about 1 1/2 to finally get better. Still having minor flair ups with it, but since I also had the pain and heaviness was a little concerned. Could I be having a heart attack?
