What Causes Radiating Pain From Chest To Abdomen With Abdominal Sound?

I am a 68 year old female. The past several days, I have been experiencing GI pains from my sternum to my lower intestine area, accompanied with heavy bowel sounds. Also, I have had some night sweats, infrequent nauseous, and light-headed bouts. Emotional, low energy. Any thoughts?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day no need to worry this would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
