General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Radiating pain from hip to pelvic region can be due to Lumbosacral disc issues or urinary stones or Prostate issues. So I would suggest doing X-ray of lumbosacral spine and Ultrasound abdomen and Pelvis. This will be helpful to rule out these.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
