What Causes Radiating Pain From Stomach To Sides And Hands?

immediately after working in the garden I got pain that gradually got worse.It felt like sharp pins and needles in my stomuch area spreading outwards either side and then a sudden strong electric shock pain down my arms that lasted approx 3 minutes,I had too breath deeply and slowly to try too keep control of the pain.The pain left me weak,I was shocked as I have always been very active.
