What Causes Radiating Pain From The Chest To The Arm?

Hi my name is AnneMarie...I have just experienced pain across my chest then it went to the left side went down my left arm am also my jaw but not right around my jaw an across my back...the question is...is it a sign that I may be having a heart attack?

Your symptoms could be due to myocardial infraction/angina, nerve compression, muscle spasm.
I would suggest to consult your physician and undergo blood tests like CK, CK, MB, troponin, x ray, ECG, CBC, examination to rule out cause.
Cardiac cause require specific treatment
Muscle spasm require
Drugs like etorocoxib, thicolchiside
Application of diclofenac gel
