General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think you should go to the hospital immediately. I think there is an ischemic disease of your heart which means your heart is not getting enough supply of oxygen and maybe due to arteriosclerosis. This may get complicated with heart infarction or heart attack. You should go to the hospital soon to get examined.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka,
