What Causes Radiating Pain In Left Shoulder Blade To Left Shoulder?

I have pain in my left shoulder blade...radiates to my left shoulder, a dull ache to rather sharp...several days now...can t remember if I hurt myself as I have been rather active, vaguely thinking I may have? ...my email has been acting ughly, not sure if it ll cooperate...

Hello,

To me, should monitor your blood pressure, and record the results for reference. Plus, take acetaminophen for the pain. If no improvement, should consult with your doctor as might need to run EKG or other diagnostic tests.
